Connecting brands, retailers and professionals
Working closely with Insta360, Modus Brands launched the Insta360 Pro 2 – to an invite-only event held in London that was hosted by Modus at the Bloomsbury Building, Holborn. Modus Brands – one of the UK’s leading distributors, does not sell directly to end users but understands how working closely with customers can improve a brands reputation and provide vital feedback to improve user experience and generate brand trust.
With its high concentration of broadcast professionals, London was the ideal location.

Insta360 and Modus Brands
Our team was joined by Insta360 – allowing customers, end users and video/VR professionals to get an insight into the new, much sought-after Insta360 PRo2. Insta360 product experts were on hand to discuss the new product and go through the new features.
Modus Brands team members helped run through the differences between the previous model and the key product specifications.
During the afternoon, we met with key retailers to discuss the Insta360 range in more detail.
Experts get hands-on
Bringing together Insta360 and experts within 360, production and VR closed the feedback loop and allowed us to discuss real-life use-cases and potential benefits of the new features within the Insta360 Pro 2. With the Insta 360 Pro series 1 being the market-leader, most experts had experience with Insta360 products and thus were extremely positive about the features of the Insta360 Pro 2.
It was interesting to hear about the BBC’s use of the 360 from the producer and director of their VR Hub, Phil Harper. In his documentary Damming the Nile, Phil made great use of the Insta360 Pro, and at our event – gave feedback directly to Insta360 engineers. He plans to use the Insta360 Pro 2 on his next project in Congo, Africa.
Distributors of the Insta360 Pro 2
